Eurorelief exists to show compassion to those who are suffering in Greece and surrounding regions. We are a Greek nonprofit, non-governmental organisation serving in refugee camps. Our work includes providing for the physical and social needs of refugees arriving on Greece’s shores. We aim to demonstrate God’s love to the residents in the camps through practical care and support.
About the Head Office
Eurorelief is looking for motivated and reliable Admin & Office volunteers to support our Head Office team. In this role you will help ensure that our behind‑the‑scenes work runs smoothly, supporting our operational teams across different sites and making sure that we can continue our work in Greece.
This is a flexible and broad role, and your tasks will depend on your skills, experience and interests. There are opportunities to support areas such as Personnel, Communications and Management/Admin support.
What you’ll be involved in
Depending on your skills and interests, you may be involved in:
Assisting with management and office administration.
General office support to help teams stay organised and connected.
Supporting Communications tasks (e.g. coordination, content support, organization)
Administrative support for Personnel/HR (e.g. onboarding, planning, coordination)
Practical, hands‑on support that keeps the Head Office running effectively.
Who we’re looking for
Volunteers with administrative, organisational or office experience (formal or informal)
People who are structured, proactive and comfortable working independently
Volunteers who enjoy supporting others and contributing behind the scenes
As with all Eurorelief roles, this is a volunteer position: applicants must be self-funded and should have a network of friends and supporters at their "home-base".
